što se opet može tumačiti kasnim javljanjem lekaru, nedovoljnom angažovanošću lekara prilikom prvog pregleda kao i nedostatkom sofisticirane tehnike prilikom dijagnostike. Najbolji terapijski efekti postižu se totalnom i subtotalnom resekcijom tumora kao i parcijalnom resekcijom uz adjuvantnu terapiju kod starijih osoba i sa lošom fizičkom kondicijom. U slučaju letalnog ishod najčešće su udruženi sa postoperativnim komplikacijama (infekcija, sepsa. :he-matom.
