13 Najzastupljenija vrsta hleba u ishrani studenata jeste beli hleb, dok crni hleb koristi samo 19,1% ispitanika. Za pripremanje hrane najčešće se koristi ulje, zatim svinjska mast, pa biljna mast. Kao namaz na hleb najčešće se pojavljuje margarin, zatim majonez, maslac i kajmak, dok jedna četvrtina ispitanika ne koristi nikakav namaz na hleb. Od ukupnog broja ispitanika samo deseti deo uvek razmišlja o zdravlju pri izboru načina ishrane. U studiji o španskim studentima broj onih koji brinu o zdravlju je mnogo veći (35,4%), ali iako postoji zabrinutost oko unosa masti i holesterola, potrošnja namirnica kao što su meso i jaja je prilično visoka. 14 Zaključak Uprkos dobrom informisanju o važnosti uzimanja redovnih obroka (najmanje tri do pet dnevno) i štetnosti po zdravlje koje nosi konzumacija brze hrane, studenti u malom procentu konzumiraju redovno obroke. Zastupljenost važnih nutrijenasa u ishrani, posmatrano kroz unos svežeg voća i povrća, kuvanog povrća, mleka i vrste hleba, nije na zavidnom nivou. Prisutan nutritivni disbalans u kasnijem periodu života može narušiti zdravlje ove mlade populacije. Važno je da studenti zdravstvene škole imaju zdrave navike u ishrani, ne samo zbog vlastitog zdravlja. Literatura.
